CHECK-IN is automated and easy


One to three days before your arrival, you will receive a SMS to download our application and complete your online check-in on it.


To open our doors, simply click on the key icon and put your phone in front of the locks. You can also share your key with your travel companion. If you have the slightest issue, contact us.


The first number of your room will direct you to the corresponding floor. Elevator or stairwell, keep your phone handy to open the door of your home away from home.

CHECK-IN is at 4 p.m. CHECK-OUT is at noon. Late check-out is available upon request.

We can store your luggages between 11 am and 5 pm. Contact us throught the chat to request it.

Download our app to order breakfast before 5pm. It will be delivered to your door by 7:30am, in a paper bag so you can take it to go!

On your departure day, don't forget to click on CHECK-OUT on our app. And just close the door !

1 - Can I arrive before 4 pm?
Yes you can, but we cannot guarantee access to your room. You can still enjoy the common areas !


2 - Is it possible to stay in Maison Juste without downloading the Aeroguest app ?
No… It is essential to download our app to come and stay at the House : you'll receive your digital key on it.


3 - Can I pay my stay in cash or CC at my arrival ?
All payments are made at the booking, so you can relax and go directly to your room on your arrival !


4 - Is there staff on site ?
We do not have a reception on site, but Olivier and Naomi, our concierges, are here to answer your questions and give you their best addresses.


5 - What should I do if my digital key does not work ?
Check that your Bluetooth is activated ! Still not working? Call the staff on +33 6 23 63 19 77


6 - Can I cook in the House ?
There is a micro-wave at your disposal to warm up your meals, but no hotplates nor oven in the rooms.


7 - Can I leave my luggage before my arrival?
We can store your luggage in our lockers, subject to availibility, between noon and 4 pm. Contact us on the chat to make the request!

8 - Does the House have a parking ?
The House does not have a car park but gives you its good addresses for car parks near by.


9 - Does the House have a laundry service ?
We work with a laundry for our guests, contact the staff to make your request !


10 - Are animals allowed ?
We accept cats and dogs under 33 pounds for 5€/per day/per furry friend.
